1. Money-back Guarantee

1.1. We provide a limited 100% money-back guarantee within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of payment if you are not satisfied with the quality of services.

1.2. This guarantee applies exclusively to the first purchase (first order) made from a unique user account.

1.3. Repeat purchases, subscription renewals, as well as additional orders (Upgrades) made by the same user (determined by email, account ID, or payment details) are non-refundable. The fact of repeated payment for the service legally confirms the user's satisfaction with the quality of the service for previous periods.

2. Conditions for Refusal of Refund (Restrictions)

To protect our network from congestion and abuse, refunds are not issued in the following cases:

  • 2.1 Data Cap: If more than 5 GB (Gigabytes) of total traffic (inbound and outbound) has passed through your account since the subscription activation. Exceeding this limit is legally recognized as a fact of full consumption of the service and adequate connection quality.
  • 2.2 Statute of Limitations: The request was sent later than 14 days after the payment date.
  • 2.3 Violation of Rules: If the account was blocked for violating the Terms of Use (User Agreement), including but not limited to: spam, distribution of malware, fraud, hacker attacks.
  • 2.4 Technical Serviceability: If the service is technically sound but the client cannot use it due to restrictions on the part of their local ISP, device, or lack of configuration skills, provided that our support team has provided instructions.
  • 2.5 Anonymous Payments: Payments made via cryptocurrencies are non-refundable for technical reasons. Only an equivalent of time can be credited to the account balance.

3. Refund Procedure

3.2. In the message, simply provide:

  • Email or Telegram ID associated with the account.
  • The date and amount of the payment, including a screenshot or PDF of the payment receipt.
  • The reason for the refund (briefly).

3.3. We will check the traffic consumption logs on the server (traffic is stored in accordance with the privacy policy and is anonymized. Speed screenshots or videos are not required — traffic billing is the sole evidence of the fact of service usage.
