Durev VPN Company places your digital privacy as its top priority. Our policy is extremely simple: we do not collect data about your online activities, therefore we cannot share it with anyone.

1. Zero Logs Policy

We guarantee strict adherence to the no-activity logs policy. This means that we technically do not record, store, or transmit:

History of visited websites and applications
Your original IP address
DNS requests
Traffic content and correspondence
Session start and end timestamps

2. Data We Collect (Minimally Required)

We collect only a limited amount of data necessary for the application to function:

Technical account data: User ID or Email (solely for authorization and subscription management)
Aggregated statistics: Total volume of data transferred (in bytes) without linking to specific activities, to maintain server quality
Diagnostics (Optional): Anonymous crash reports containing no personal information (device type, OS version)

3. Data Usage

The collected minimal information is used only for:

Providing access to VPN servers (authorization)
Server load balancing
Technical user support

4. Law Enforcement Requests

We respect the laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate. However, since we do not store activity logs and user IP addresses, we physically cannot provide information linking a specific user to certain online activity, even when receiving an official legal request. We cannot disclose what we do not possess.

5. Third-Party Services

For payment processing, we use reliable international providers (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, Crypto, and others). Payment data is processed on their side; Durev VPN does not have access to your full bank card details.

6. Your Rights

Since we do not store personal data that allows identifying your identity online, the right to "delete history" is implemented automatically — history is simply not recorded. You can delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
